Frances Backley

Frankie graduated from North Dakota State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She has eight years of experience in residential design with specific experience in kitchen design and new construction. Frankie passed the NCIDQ qualification exam for professional designer in 1999. She has worked on projects in new construction including both traditional and contemporary styles, a restaurant prototype and various remodels.
